The Science Policy Division (SPD) at the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) is responsible for running the Telescope Allocation Committees (TACs) for HST and JWST, and for convening and coordinating the (Hubble) Space Telescope Users Committee (STUC) and JWST Users Committee (JSTUC). SPD also prepared the Calls for Proposals (CfPs) for HST and JWST, coordinates the review of Director's Discretionary (DD) programs for HST and JWST, and provides policy consultations for the Telescope Time Review Boards (TTRBs).
